Campground Review: Stonehurst Trailer Park and Golf Course, Moncton, New Brunswick

Like many of the campgrounds we've been in recently, this one is very much a parking lot in an open field...which we are not big fans of. Overall, it served its purpose, but it was pretty forgettable.
Sunset in Saint Andrews, New Brunswick

Campground Review: Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping, Saint Andrews, New Brunswick

While this campground was packed in very tightly, its oceanfront location right in the charming town of Saint Andrews, more than made up for the cramped quarters.

Campground Review: Narrows Too Campground, Trenton, Maine

This campground gets a lot of things right, but the price and associated policies are way out of proportion to the sites.

Campground Review: Shore Hills Campground, Boothbay, Maine

We would not recommend this campground because of their customer service, but if you're just looking for a place to set up for a couple of days, and you're willing to pay the price and take the risk, objectively, it's not a bad campground.

Campground Review: Woodland Acres Campground, Brownfield, Maine

This campground, in Brownfield, Maine, is located right on the border with New Hampshire. It is spacious, heavily wooded, and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Campground Review: Maplewoods Campground, Johnson, Vermont

2017 Review: We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. The sites were spacious and, even better, the location in Northern Vermont was just spectacular!

July, 2019 Update: While we still enjoyed this campground, the campground's low voltage was disappointing.

Campground Review: Gettysburg Farm RV Campground, Dover, Pennsylvania

This is a fairly large, well kept campground with several nice features, including a farm, about 30 minutes from Gettysburg National Park.

Campground Review: Bull Run Regional Park, Centreville, Virginia

We have a love/hate relationship with this park. There is much that they have gotten exactly right and which serves our purposes well, but there are some drawbacks that are really problematic.

Campground Review: Natural Chimneys Regional Park, Mount Solon, Virginia

We chose this campground because it was relatively close to Harrisonburg, Virginia, where friends of ours were getting married. It's kindof a weird place, but it served our purposes well.

Campground Review: Thousand Trails Lynchburg, Gladys, Virginia

We very much enjoyed the heavily wooded sites and well maintained common areas, however, the company needs to invest in infrastructure repair or they're going to have a lot of unhappy customers once it gets busy this summer.
